Independent Premises Up To The Bank of Vembanad Lake: The Above Villas have independent premises of around 1700 sq ft (160 sq Meters) up to the bank of Vembanad Lake for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, and a Bathghat to experience swimming in the lake and getting into the speed boat.
Tariff: Rs 4,480 / Night
Extra Person: Rs 1064 per person.
Tariff includes GST Only: Bottled water, breakfast, and all other services are additional and chargeable as per our menu card.

Check In time starts from 1 Pm in the afternoon and Check Out time is before 11 Am in the morning, on the date of check out. Maximum hours of stay for one day, will be up to 22 hours only.
Early Checkin & Late Check out This is possible as per your prior request and the availability of Cottages . But there will be extra charges, which will be based on the extended hours of your stay.
