This Villa has 4 AC Bedrooms, area-175 Sq Feet Each & 4 AC interconnected Bedrooms, area- 135 Sq Feet each, 8 Attached Bathrooms, 4 Spacious Sit-outs, and 4 Small Sit-outs to view lake Vembanad. This Villa has an open premise of around 2500 sq. Feet (230 Sq Meters) up to the bank of Vembanad Lake for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, etc.
2)One Lakefacing Sunset View Villa With 2 AC Bedrooms, For Up To 4 Persons. This Villa has 2 AC Bedrooms, area-135 Sq Feet Each, 2 Attached Bathrooms, and 2 Small Sit-outs to view Lake Vembanad. It has an open premise of around 750 Sq. Feet (70 Sq Meters) up to the bank of Vembanad Lake for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, etc.
3) One Lakefacing Sunset View Villa for Up To 3 Persons. This Villa has one AC Bedroom (Area 175 Sq. Feet) with an attached Bathroom and a very small Room (60 Sq. Feet to fit in a coat and a fan for the third person. Sit-out to view Lake Vembanad and have an independent premise of around 900 sq. feet (85 sq. Meters) up to the bank of Vembanad Lake for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising and have a Bathghat to experience the lake and have the facility to enter into a speedboat for cruising through the Lake.

Check In & Check Out
Check In time starts from 1 Pm in the afternoon and Check Out time is before 11 Am in the morning, on the date of check out. Maximum hours of stay for one day, will be up to 22 hours only.
Early Checkin & Late Check out This is possible as per your prior request and the availability of Cottages . But there will be extra charges, which will be based on the extended hours of your stay.
