This Villa has 2 AC Bedrooms, area-175 Sq Feet Each & 2 AC interconnected Bedrooms, area- 135 Sq Feet each, 4 Attached Bathrooms, 2 Spacious Sit-outs, and 2 Small Sit-outs to view Lake Vembanad. This Villa has an open premise of around 1250 Sq. Feet (115 Sq Meters) up to the bank of Vembanad Lake for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, etc.
Tariff: Rs 12,320 / Night
Extra Person: Rs 1064 per person.
The tariff includes GST Only. Bottled water, breakfast, and all other services are additional and chargeable as per our menu card.

Check In time starts from 1 Pm in the afternoon and Check Out time is before 11 Am in the morning, on the date of check out. Maximum hours of stay for one day, will be up to 22 hours only.
Early Checkin & Late Check out This is possible as per your prior request and the availability of Cottages . But there will be extra charges, which will be based on the extended hours of your stay.
